Your responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive primary care services to a manageable patient panel of 15-20 patients per day Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Ensuring smooth transitions of care with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system (Gehrimed) Why Choose TeamHealth?
