Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.8 FTE, 0.9 FTE or 1.0 FTE) Schedule can be either 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week No call Outpatient care only; paneled position Brand new clinic space with on-site urgent care, sports medicine, lab, x-ray, CT, and ultrasound Guaranteed base salary, quality incentive, signing bonus and relocation assistance available CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions and paid board certification available Standard employed provider benefits package, including PTO, health, life, dental, vision, disability and malpractice As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Our clinic has an active site application on file with Oregon Office of Rural Health for the provider incentive programs. 1 to 2 years of practice experience post-licensure required.
