Family Healthcare of Hagerstown - Full Time : 8 AM-5 PM Employed Loan Repayment Compensation: Compensation is based on a salary range of $135k-$195k, which is negotiable, based on experience, plus any other compensation offered that may be applicable -$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance -Negotiable sign-on bonus -Potential group incentive bonus based on FHH productivity, paid to our providers for the past 4 years Benefits: - Health with Employer Contribution. Dependent and family options available - Dental, Vision, and Pharmacy - FSA - 25 Days Accrued Leave Time for Illness and Vacation - 7 Paid Holidays - Funeral Leave and Paid Jury Duty - Life Insurance and AD&D - Short and Long Term Disability - Option for Additional Life Insurance, Short Term Disability Cancer, Accidental Injury, and other illness plans - Retirement Savings Plan including a contributory Pension Plan; FHH matches employee contributions up to 6% of employee's pay, based on years of service. - Performance Program- Employees are eligible for a wage review in conjunction with their annual performance evaluation. - Employee Assistance Program - 40 hours $2,500 for CME - $500 for business-related expenses to include licensure renewal and certification - Potential for Loan Repayment Available Through the Maryland Loan Repayment Program and NHSC (HPSA Score: 25) Additional Info: Provides leadership for the clinical operations of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown by providing administrative direction and clinical involvement surrounding patient care. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Provides both administrative and clinical services. Must be willing to see patients in a clinical setting, 3-4 days per week. -Determines staffing needs of family medicine practice, which also include physician and support staff -Provides supervision of clinical providers -Supports the financial oversight for budgets and operations QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be board-certified, MD state-licensed, BLS/ACLS required along with CDS & DEA -Must be certified and have the completion of Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) -2 years preferred in fulfilling administrative duties within an FQHC or similar practice -Demonstrated leadership experience in a prior role.For more details: https://jobs-search.org/nurse-practitioner_hagerstown-c430397/nurse-practitioner-np-nurse-practitioner-in-hagerstown-md-hagerstown_i2456216596
