A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT experience for a fully remote, full-time position in Florida. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and develop individualized treatment plans Provide compassionate telehealth engagement and coordinate care with the Care Team Required Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting Degree from an accredited nursing school and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred Proficiency in electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
