Overview Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is recruiting an additional, full-time Nocturnist to join our hospitalist service in Northridge, CA. 7 on 7 off (183 annual shifts) 7 PM-5 AM or 10 PM-8 AM shifts Closed ICU Join well-respected, long tenured, multispecialty group Collegial relationships with hospitalist peers One hospital location Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine required Northridge Hospital Medical Center; a 424-bed, acute care facility, has served the Northridge community since 1955.Established in 1976, Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
