Nocturnist Hospitalist Medicine Physician Onsite | Novi, MI Summary Our partner's client is seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Hospitalist Medicine Physician to join their Hospital Medicine team! This full-time role is ideal for a physician passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a hospital-based setting during nighttime shifts. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to hospital patients during night shifts Work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience and ensure excellent clinical outcomes Manage patient admissions and transitions of care Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records following hospital policies Participate in hospital initiatives aimed at improving quality of care and operational efficiency Requirements Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine A dedicated commitment to patient-centered care Excellent decision-making in high-pressure situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan Preferred Requirements Proven experience in a fast-paced hospital-based environment is preferred Compensation/Benefits Notice This role offers an annual base salary range of up to $255,000. Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and qualifications.
