Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops. webinars, assemblies * Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services * Build effective collaborative partnerships and ensure that services are reflective of community need * Collaborate closely with school principals, counselors and support personnel as required in order to effectively deliver required supports to students and their families * Support accurate and complete program data collection and reporting Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs. * At least three (3) years' experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs * Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures * Experience implementing evidence-based treatment and prevention programs is strongly preferred. * Experience working with and empowering at-risk youth and marginalized communities by conducting prevention education * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to motivate and engage your team as well as be an effective leader across the agency * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving recordWhat we Provide: * Mission-driven core * Health, Vision and Dental coverage for you and your family * 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match * Generous time-off * Flexible Spending Accounts * Year-end performance bonusesAcenda's Equal Employment Opportunity CommitmentAcenda Integrated Health is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
