JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial equipment and possess a strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems. In addition, we are looking for a Mechanic that can work on Hi-Lo trucks and can do plumbing and electrical. The Hi-Lo trucks are industrial trucks, such as forklifts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Operate Hi-lo equipment to move materials within the warehouse.· Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload goods.· Assist with equipment repair and maintenance tasks.· Assemble products according to OEM specifications.· Ensure the safe operation of the Hi-lo and comply with all safety regulations. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES · Prior experience operating and repairing Hi-lo equipment in a warehouse or dealership setting.· Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to perform brake repairs.· Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and OEM assembly procedures.· Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. WORK ENVIRONMENT The workday is a standard 8 hours and is spent in a warehouse setting. Temperatures in the warehouse are variable, with dramatic increases or decreases in response to weather and the products being stored. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED is required.
