Nordstern Group is looking for a highly motivated individual who can excel in a fast paced environment and is excited about challenging projects, and working with people. We seek a talented, bright and hardworking individual with a proven track record of success. The position of Human Resource Recruiter is Full Time and will report directly to the Human Resource Manager. Duties will include a combination of the following: Work with HR Manager/Hiring Managers to identify staffing requirements. Create and post job opportunities using Jazz HR. Review resumes and contact potential applicants for interviews. Coordinate and participate in the interview and selection process. Conduct new hire orientation. Administer all employee recognition rewards. Help organize and attend job fairs. Create and post content for social media. Help process payrolls for 4 Canadian, and 1 American company. Help administer benefits for 4 Canadian, and 1 American company. Other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to meet daily deadlines. Proven professionalism and discretion. Detail oriented and has the ability to work independently. Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across organization At least 1-3 years of human resource experience is an asset.
