The Fast Track Management Program offers the opportunity to begin as a financial advisor to gain practical experience. Upon meeting program requirements, participants can progress to become an Associate Partner. This position involves overseeing the recruitment and development of a team of financial advisors. Additionally, individuals will undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prepare them for success as a manager. - Location: Lake Nona, FL Responsibilities:• As a Fast Track Management Program participant you will be responsible for successfully recruiting and nurturing a team of salespeople.• Your team members will benefit from comprehensive professional training to enhance their skills.• Competitive benefits will be provided to support the growth and development of your team.• You will have the opportunity to offer a Pension Plan to your team members, subject to eligibility requirements.• Your role will involve helping your team achieve significant income potential.• Participants in the Fast Track Management Program will have the chance to work for a Fortune 100 company.• Your progression to higher roles such as Senior Partner or Managing Partner will be based on specific performance criteria. Qualifications:• Applicants must have completed an MBA within the past 24 months or have prior management experience.• Previous sales experience is a mandatory requirement.• Candidates should have a history of managing a team of individuals.• While not required, preferred qualifications include holding a Life and Health License.• Knowledge of cultural markets is considered a plus.• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is an advantage.• Having a college degree is a prerequisite for this position.
