The Practice: Outpatient only Flexible 5-day work week Average 20-23 patients per day Provider experience with General Neurological disorders, Nerve Conduction studies, EEG interpretations, Botox injections is desired Competitive compensation package Signing bonus, relocation, 27 days of PTO, CME days/allowance and paid malpractice Comprehensive benefits, including health, life, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plan Unable to sponsor J1 visa applicants The Community: Conveniently located within 30 minutes of downtown Chicago!
