Job Description: Essential Job Functions: * Offer foundational technical support in network/telecom services, providing assistance in routine tasks. * Assist with network and telecom projects and assignments. * Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems. * Collaborate with team members to address network/telecom infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks. * Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation. * Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience. * Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services. * Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery. Basic Qualifications: * Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification(s) * Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience * Telecom admin knowledge/experience (PBX) * Network and telecommunications cabling experience * A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: * Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, are a plus If you are an applicant from the United States, Guam, or Puerto Rico DXC Technology is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer .
