Network Services Program DirectorLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location. The Network Services Program Director will support the strategy, execution, maintenance and communications related to the development of the Provider Success Field Team. This Director will collaborate with both Field Team leadership and other business partners to guide and support curriculum, resources and more to drive improved Provider performance.How you will make an impact: * Serves as a subject matter expert on one or multiple operational areas. * Performs new program/initiative vetting end to end to identify impacts for new programs as well as existing program changes. * Develops and manages internal and external communications and associated legal and regulatory approvals. * Collaborates with other business partners/areas to guide and support solution development, pilot and solution launch activities. Develops process documentation. * Manages small and large scale program implementation efforts. * Works on special projects, steps in as needed to manage small program implementation efforts across the Provider Success Operations Team. * Writes business requirements.Minimum Qualifications: * Requires BA/BS in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years health insurance industry experience; and 6 years program/project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: * MBA degree and PMP certification strongly preferred. * Provider experience strongly preferred. * Learning and Development/training experience preferred. * Professional presentation and communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.Please be advised that Elevance Health only accepts resumes for compensation from agencies that have a signed agreement with Elevance Health.
