Role: Net Suite Technical Lead Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Net Suite Technical Lead with at least 8-10 years of consulting experience, with a focus on Net Suite implementation, customization, and optimization. As a Net Suite Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Net Suite consultants in delivering successful Net Suite projects for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Net Suite implementation projects from discovery to go-live, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and execute project plans that meet the client's business requirements and goals. Manage the Net Suite consulting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed to ensure the team's success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and Net Suite expert. Provide subject matter expertise on Net Suite best practices, configuration, and customization options. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, working with clients to implement changes that enhance their business processes. Stay current on Net Suite updates, features, and functionality and advise clients on how to leverage new capabilities. Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. 8-10 years of consulting experience, with a focus on Net Suite implementation, customization, and optimization. Strong client management and interfacing skills Hands on experience in implementing Supply Chain/ Manufacturing modules Strong functional knowledge of integration Most recent length of experience in Net Suite/ Net Suite implementations/.
