Description : The securitization team is looking for a specialized developer for the enhancement, development, and maintenance of the Mortage Hub and Secure Hub applications in Capiotal Markets. They will perform a variety of duties to analyze, develop, maintain, test, debug, implement, document and support applications under the Securitization umbrella. Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code. Interact with key business & technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers. backss the costs and benefits for different solutions and recommend/decide on appropriate designs. Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develop appropriate artefacts / documentation, and facilitate final delivery. Devise data structures for target environment and platform attributes in alignment with accepted enterprise architectural patterns. Build solutions that are supportable, scalable and helps achieve our targets for application rationalization. Recommend and automate approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency. Supports the management of specific project deliverables & outcomes. Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning. Must-Have Skills: 6+ years in a similar Developer role Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert. MS SQL experience - 6+ years Languages:Net [proficient] Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge. Nice to have Skills Candidates with development experience with the TAO Solutions' applications: Mortgage HUB, Secure HUB would be an asset Candidates with mortgage securitization in Capital Markets experience would be.
