DCOMM is looking for a skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects in Northeast Ohio. If you have a background in managing construction teams and are passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion, ensuring projects stay on track. Manage and lead construction crews, providing clear direction and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. Manage project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Conduct regular inspections and ensure all work adheres to DCOMM's quality standards and local building regulations. Ensure all field operations comply with OSHA and company safety standards to create a safe working environment for all staff. Maintain detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, expenses, and any challenges encountered. What You Bring: Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively. Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep projects on track and within budget. Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines. Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
