National HR Business Partner North West (field based) GBP 60,000 + Car or Car allowance + Bonus Hybrid working Network HR have partnered exclusively with a large unionised, commerce business based across the UK for the hire of an experienced National HR Business Partner. The successful National HR Business partner will be work in partnership with an MD of a commercial client group and will lead structural and cultural transformation process with support from an excellent centre of excellence. This role will require some deep experience in change management processes, and some degree of familiarity in managing Industrial Relations. There is a brilliant trajectory for the right person in this c.3000 FTE organisation with plenty of room for growth. Other responsibilities will include: : Provide high quality, consistent, risk: based complex HR advice for all levels of management within the assigned business area for all matters related to the management of employees, acting as a trusted advisor to build a reputation as a credible, professional, and flexible HR professional : Take the lead on key organisation wide strategic people projects and activities : Work with the business to translate HR strategy into clear objectives that are aligned to the future needs and future goals of the business area in order to provide accurate and timely support that enables them to achieve their goals : Analyse key themes, trends (internal and external) and performance metrics in order to identify how different scenarios may impact on the business and make recommendations for moving forward : Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in order to minimise the number of tribunals, grievances, industrial action, and complaints that occur : Proactively seek opportunities to build your knowledge of thecustomer's business and requirements in order to provide tailored 'fit for purpose' advice : Promoting a positive safety culture through visible proactive, consistent, and influential.
