National Account Manager - Food Manufacturing South West - Hybrid £UP TO 48,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus My Client is a privately owned Food Manufacturer based in the South West. They are now seeking an Account Manager who will manage their Retailer Accounts including Waitrose, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Asda. The successful candidate will have experience in a National Account Manager/Sales Manager role within food / drink manufacturing and will have a track record or working with the key supermarket retailers. This role will be a pivotal role within the team. You will have full P&L responsibility and be working closely with the marketing and other cross-functional departments. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be working to develop and continually identify new opportunities to increase sales revenue and profitability. Crucial to this is ensuring that excellent relationships are maintained with your customer portfolio and that long term relationships are developed. You will be developing and delivering annual account plans aligned to the business strategy and ambitions. It is anticipated that you will be able to work from the sites Head office near Exeter 1 day a week, with the remaining time spent working from home or at customer visits. Account Manager Skills / Experience Required: ·Experience working in a similar role within Food/ Drink manufacturing environments. ·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ·Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of customer dynamics. ·Experience of working on Retailer accounts. ·A proven ability to manage and utilise customer data to drive profitability.
