A company is looking for a Multispecialty Outpatient Medical Coder. Key Responsibilities Perform quality surgical coding and maintain accuracy in coding practices Ensure all services documented in patient charts are coded appropriately according to guidelines Work with coding and billing teams to resolve coding-related denials and maintain productivity standards Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Completion of a recognized coding certification preparation course One of the following certifications: CPC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS-P Three years of multi-specialty surgery coding experience EMR experience is required
