Are you a seasoned expert in the art of transforming bathrooms and properties? Are you a master of multiple trades, ready to showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment? If so, we want you We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled tradesmen / Bathroom Fitter to join our team. Majority of the work is to carry: out repairs to bathrooms and properties that has damage caused by leaks or damage caused by the repair of a leak. We require experience in fitting bathrooms /kitchens and proficiency in two to three trades such as tiling, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating. Key Responsibilities: General building repairs; tiling, patch plastering, basic carpentry General plumbing repairs Kitchen and bathroom tiling Replacing floorboards and joists Making and fitting bespoke shelving Interior and exterior painting and decorating Clear communication with customers is essential. You will be expected to provide reassurance by explaining the work you do for them and sharing your knowledge. Confident quoting for remedial work Our bespoke software enables tradespeople to take responsibility for managing their own work rather than always relying on office based Experience and Qualifications: We are looking for: 3 years experience (minimum) Ideally, hold a CSCS card suited to your trade Good knowledge and experience in general maintenance required You will be confident in using your knowledge and experience to recommend best practice repair and reinstatement work You will have excellent communication skills and experience in providing detailed reports of works conducted You are prepared to go the extra mile to help a customer You take pride in always delivering high: quality work and excellent customer service You will have your own hand tools and we will supply specialist equipment Have a valid UK driving licence Job Type: Full: Time, Monday to Friday (8am and 5pm) Work Location: London, TW4 6BX Salary: A GBP 30k: A GBP 45k, Overtime.
