Position SummaryWe are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Center of Excellence Lead to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a COE Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 applications across the organization. You will also provide guidance and best practices to other Dynamics 365 developers and users, and ensure alignment with the business objectives and strategies.What will your job entail?Responsibilities * Lead the Microsoft Dynamics Center of Excellence and manage a team of Dynamics 365 developers and consultants. * Define and implement the Dynamics 365 architecture, standards, and governance for the organization. * Design, develop, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions using agile methodologies and tools. * Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and connectors. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other Dynamics 365 developers and users. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and security of Dynamics 365 applications. * Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, preferably in the insurance industry. * Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.Ryan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
