With hard work and persistence, anyone could take the same path as I did." Kasey Stayner, Account Manager Key Skills Needed: Experience working in the green industry. Must have mowing experience. Good communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and with integrity. Ability to "pivot" to meet the varying demands as they present themselves. Willingness to learn. Bilingual in Spanish is not preferred but highly valued. Some of the things you will do as a Mowing Crew Leader: Work through daily routes of Mowing, Trimming, and Weeding. Ensure quality of work consistently. Landscape Maintenance as leader of a Mowing Crew Team. Snow removal services in the winter plowing, salting, or shoveling.
