Responsibilities:• Lead a team on moderate to difficult jobs that require setting the customer at ease and protecting and transporting the household goods of our clients with utmost care and professionalism.• You will create a positive environment on every job with a can-do attitude and you will be able to gain the support and respect of your crew.• A great leader knows how to follow the rules and will set the precedent and desire for the team to follow the standard operating procedures of the company.• You will be able to train your team on the best practices as well as coaching and conditioning your crew to be the best in our industry.
