Position Overview: As a Mortgage Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage process for clients. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: --- Deliver elite service by providing clear, timely, and professional communication with clients regarding loan conditions, requirements, and status updates. --- Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client questions and guiding them through each stage of the mortgage process. --- Manage a pipeline of approved loans, gather loan conditions from borrowers, and work closely with the senior processor to drive loans to "clear to close" status promptly. --- Be happy and smile every day, contributing to a positive and uplifting team environment. Qualifications: What We Need from You: --- Client service experience, with a strong emphasis on phone-based communication. --- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. --- Willingness to learn and be coached in a fast-changing industry. --- Desire to collaborate in a friendly, team environment. --- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. --- Ability to accept accountability for actions. --- On-site attendance is required. Preferred Qualifications: --- Bachelor's degree in a business concentration or related field. --- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. --- Mortgage lending experience, especially with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans. --- 2 years of experience in loan processing. --- Exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical, and time management skills.
