Lend-A-Loan Highlights • Top 1% Mortgage Broker in the country• Top UWM partner• Average CTC of 11 days• Licensed in 29 states What you'll get: • Company-provided leads - thousands of fresh leads daily• In-house processing• Custom-built CRM to manage and track clients• Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401k• Referral Program Responsibilities: • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements• Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations• Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office• NMLS is preferred, but not required• Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc.• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines• Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $87,500 - $200,000 at plan yearly About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
