We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Qualifications: • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required• 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations Compensation: $50,000 yearly About Company: Here at Lee Wealth Group Mortgage, we specialize in creating customized mortgage solutions for first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, empty nesters, and real estate investors.
