Job Description Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month with a team of just 10 loan officers. Our Company's Core Values: Integrity Accountable & Dependable Team Centric System & Process Oriented Service Ethic Organized Efficiency – Risk Management & Compliance Position Summary: Business-to-business inside sales representative work under the direction of the team leader/senior loan officer. Our primary business is the origination of mortgages for investors and investment companies. This is a business-to-business sales position, not a business to consumer sales position. This remote position primarily consists of taking prequalified live inbound calls from company generated marketing and making follow-up calls, emails and text messages to existing warm leads. Duties and Responsibilities: Taking inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage loans Following up with existing leads Application evaluation Structuring finance for investment properties Evaluation of financial documents and mortgage applications Qualifications Sales and bilingual communication experience preferred, and we are willing to train the right applicant regardless of experience. The right applicant must possess the following: No fear of being on the phone Bilingual Coachable Organized Dependable Highly organized Reliable Reasonable computer skills Motivated, energetic and persistent Powered by JazzHR
