Don't forget to take a look at our comprehensive benefits!SUMMARYProvides leadership, coaching and new business creation to the mobility parts business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * The main duty will be general sales and project management for the import and export of auto parts for four-wheel vehicle OEMs, and domestic trading. * As a customer account manager, you will formulate budget plans, manage progress and issues, and lead a team to achieve revenue plans. * New sales activities will also be included. This will include presentations, creating estimates and organizing estimate requirements for new orders, building an optimal supply chain scheme, coordinating with various internal and external parties, and negotiating orders. * This assignment will be responsible for general project management for all preparations, from parts development to mass production and SOP. * This person will act as a bridge between meetings with various parties in Japan and project communications. * General organizational management duties as a manager in the import/export and domestic trading operations of auto parts, a series of project management from development to production preparation, and profit and loss management.EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position in the automotive industry. * Bachelor's Degree (Business, Economics, Marketing preferred)BENEFITS * Competitive Salary with Bonus Opportunities * Paid Time Off * Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits (Low Premiums!) * Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts * Disability and Life Insurance * 401(k) with Company Contribution * Educational Tuition ReimbursementFlexible Work Arrangement Consistent with the Company's Flexible Work Arrangement* policy, an essential function of an on-site/office-based position requires an employee to perform a regular portion of their duties at a Company facility.
