Position description Job Description: As a Mobile Expert (ME), you are the face of Spark Wireless and T-Mobile to the customer. Our MEs deliver a strong, genuine customer background that encourages our customers to recommend the T-Mobile brand to friends and family. ME delivers results by selling to our customer’s needs, positively impacting stores sales and profits, and their earning potential.
