The GM is primarily responsible for sales pipeline generation, sales bookings, and market share growth. The GM is also responsible for a small team of in-market field engineers, working closely in conjunction with our leaders of our centralized IT service delivery team. Lead a team of up to 12 direct reports - a mix of Technical Account Managers and Field Engineers. Develop a culture of accountability for the team. Attract and retain A-players who can generate new business, and maintain/grow existing business. Increase market share. Partner with Sales leaders on Copy/Print side of the DEX business. Identify new logo opportunities. Drive client net revenue retention and client satisfaction for clients. Coordinate with shared/centralized service delivery leaders, and manage a limited set of regional in-market service delivery resources to meet client needs. Ensure Sales and Service Delivery resources are skilled, trained, and developed. Own the attainment of revenue/profitability goals for the assigned geographic region. Instill a high-performance, metrics-driven culture in the geographic team.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's Degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in technology services businesses (IT, Cybersecurity consultancies or MSPs/MSSPs). Entrepreneurial spirit.
