ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential Duties and Requirements: Use milling equipment to create moldings (crown, base, etc.) Cabinetry knowledge/experience along with knowledge of and ability to utilize basic carpentry hand tools and machinery. Ability to read, interpret and follow directions accurately Ability to work under time constraints effectively. Be detail oriented and able to work well in a team environment. SKILLS & DUTIES Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience utilizing milling equipment (2-3 years) Ability to read paperwork (English) Ability to maintain standard of quality through detailed inspection Work independently with minimal supervision Hardworking and reliable QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of previous cabinetry building experience is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Physical Requirements At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty. Employees are required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds Employees stand for long periods of time Employees may work in loud work areas Employee is expected to be able to problem solve, make well thought out decisions, be organized
