There's a blend of everything, with the opportunity to shape the practice to your preferences. Practice Setting: 48-bed healthcare facility providing an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services Orthopedic patients are currently being seen locally by physicians affiliated with another group Surgeons could expect 3 days in the clinic and 2 days in OR, with more OR time available There is an average of 60 monthly Ortho discharges from the hospital, which is a small percentage of total cases in the community traveling to other hospitals Cases include Knees, Hips, Lumbar, Hands, and more Call will be 10 nights per month, with additional pay available for any additional taken Compensation: Competitive base guarantee $700,000 for 2 years $250,000 Student loan repayment $100,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation Insurance, Retirement & Savings, and Other Benefits availableSurrounding Area: Diverse university community that's full of Midwestern charm Historic downtown square and charming local shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore Airport within 1.5 hours drive Day trips or weekend getaways via direct Amtrak service to Chicago, and easy access to St. LouisTravel and Accommodations: Rental car, mileage, and lodging are fully covered International airport within two hours of the facility JN -7
