This role requires substantial experience in commercial litigation, with an ideal background in construction, infrastructure, and/or energy disputes. The position is available in several major U.S. cities, providing the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases within a fast-paced environment.Location:Washington, D.C.Duties:Lead and manage litigation and/or arbitration teams on complex construction and engineering disputesRepresent clients in commercial litigation cases, focusing on construction, infrastructure, and energy sectorsDevelop and implement case strategies, with a focus on client service and high-quality advocacyOversee case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsDeliver exceptional oral and written advocacy in court and arbitration settingsCoordinate with clients, ensuring clear communication and a proactive approach to their needsRequirements:Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant commercial litigation experience with a large law firmStrong background in construction, infrastructure, or energy disputes, with a combination of litigation and international arbitration experience preferredDemonstrated leadership abilities in managing dispute teams and cases efficientlyLocal bar admission in the state where the candidate will workForeign language skills are a plus but not requiredEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active bar membership in the relevant state jurisdictionSkills:Outstanding academic credentialsSuperior written and oral advocacy skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to client serviceAbility to manage fast-paced matters and multi-functional teamsBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package aligned with market standards (details provided upon application)Growth and advancement opportunities within a globally recognized litigation practice.
