The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate and transactional law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital deals.Duties:Handle complex legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital transactions, and equity compensation.Conducted due diligence, drafted and negotiated transaction documents, and managed closings.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.Collaborate effectively within legal teams and independently manage components of transactions.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm environment, focusing on corporate and transactional matters.Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading transactional teams.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to obtain promptly.Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Proactive mindset with solid business acumen.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
