Associates are given significant responsibility early in their careers, working alongside experienced practitioners on a variety of cases. Partner track advancement can happen as quickly as 2 years, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth. Salary starts : $200,000 Note: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at the Los Angeles, CA office. Responsibilities Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings Draft and argue motions Take and defend depositions Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 3+ years of employment litigation experience Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills Admitted to practice law in California Ability to work independently and as part of a team Employment Law experience
