Job Title: Mid/Senior Level Associate – Private Equity Group Location: New York, Philadelphia, or Boston (Hybrid) Salary: $260,000 - $435,000 plus bonus Overview: Our client, an AM100 law firm, is seeking highly qualified mid to senior-level associates (class of 2021 or later) to join their Private Equity Group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, demonstrating a strong ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently manage components of transactions. Key Responsibilities: Engage in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Leveraged recapitalizations Growth equity and venture capital transactions Exits and equity compensation Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients. Proactively manage client and counsel relationships. Contribute to the strategic development of client transactions. Job Requirements: Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable law firm, preferably within an AM100 or AM200 environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly). Deal sheet required to demonstrate experience and successful transactions. Why Join Us?
