A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives in defined territories. Key Responsibilities Manage hiring, development, and coaching of Mid-Market sales representatives Meet net new customer acquisition goals and manage team activity and pipeline metrics Ensure operational excellence through effective funnel management and documentation Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with quota-carrying representatives Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Payments experience is highly preferred Knowledge of Mid-Market SaaS Sales and relevant verticals such as Government and Utilities Familiarity with forecasting, QBRs, and pipeline coverage methodologies
