This position provides a dynamic environment for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive setting.DutiesLead and assist in the negotiation and drafting of key documents related to mergers acquisitions, including primary agreements and ancillary contracts.Support clients with entity formation, governance matters, and equity-sharing arrangements.Work closely with other legal professionals, including attorneys and paralegals, to ensure smooth coordination on various matters.Communicate regularly with clients' business and legal teams to gather necessary information and ensure client needs are met.Collaborate with colleagues from other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.Requirements5-7 years of experience in transactional law, particularly in mergers acquisitions and entity governance.Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to think critically and approach legal matters with a business mindset.Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and work efficiently in a team setting.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicensed to practice law in New Jersey.SkillsExpertise in corporate transactions, mergers acquisitions, and entity formation.Excellent writing and drafting capabilities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Business-oriented legal analysis and strategic thinking.High level of organization and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate and function as part of a cohesive team.BenefitsComprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance and accidental death dismemberment coverage.Profit-sharing and 401(k) retirement savings plan.Paid vacation and paid holidays.
