This role involves representing a diverse portfolio of clients, including both public and private entities, in employment litigation matters. The firm is recognized for its collaborative environment, offering continuous opportunities for career development and professional advancement.DutiesPartner with senior attorneys to design and implement defense strategies for employment-related cases.Draft, review, and revise various litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and briefs.Conduct thorough analysis of employment records to support case development.Represent clients in court proceedings and before regulatory agencies, handling all phases of litigation.Participate actively in depositions, hearings, trials, and other critical litigation events.Work directly with subject-matter experts to reinforce case positions.Perform in-depth legal and employment-related research to support case strategies.Prepare and draft motions and other legal documents as needed.Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing clear and confident legal guidance.Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure coordinated case management.RequirementsLicensed to practice law in California.Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active California State Bar admission.CertificationsCalifornia State Bar admission (required).SkillsProficient in legal research, drafting, and communication.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently.Skilled in client interaction, demonstrating professionalism and building client trust.Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced legal setting.BenefitsComprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.A collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters a collegial culture.
