With 4-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, the ideal candidate will handle complex IP cases and contribute to all phases of litigation.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage complex intellectual property litigation matters, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.Oversee discovery processes, including document review, production, and deposition preparation.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement discussions.Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with clients and legal teams.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal support staff.Stay current on developments in intellectual property law and relevant technological advancements.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.Preferably has a technical background in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.Strong academic credentials with demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Technical degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering is highly preferred.Certifications:Admission to the Ohio Bar or eligibility for admission is required.Skills:Expertise in managing intellectual property litigation, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.Strong technical knowledge in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.Ability to handle complex litigation and manage discovery processes efficiently.
