Knowledge of the NY Commercial Division Rules and Federal Rules (procedural and evidentiary) is needed. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, taking and defending depositions, and in assisting in trials and arbitrations essential. Should have experience or demonstrated interest in complex litigation. Must be prepared to assume an active caseload, must be driven, and know how to deliver successful results for clients.
