The ideal candidate with excellent credentials, a strong background in GP-led secondary transactions, and experience negotiating fund organizational documents should be admitted to the New York Bar.Duties:Work on secondary transactions, particularly GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles.Negotiate fund organizational documents.Handle purchase and sale of assets, including portfolio companies or limited partnership interests.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in secondary transactions.Admitted to the New York Bar.Strong credentials.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar.Skills:Proficiency in negotiating fund organizational documents.Experience in secondary transactions, particularly GP-led secondary transactions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
