Trust us to safeguard your business interests with our comprehensive and tailored legal solutions.Job Description/DutiesMichael Sullivan & Associates LLP is seeking several attorneys in the areas of employment law and workers compensation.Job Criteria Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background School district defense experience required Trial experience preferred, but not required Experience with public entity defense a plus Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees Member, State Bar of California in good standing Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability Excellent written and oral communication Commitment to proactive case managementSalary Range/Hourly Rate$150,000 - $220,000Other Benefits and PerksMore information will be provided if a candidate makes it to the interview stage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
