Primary Responsibility: M IBOR Experience Specialists serve as a first-line customer contact for member inquiries in person, by phone, and the electronic support case tra cking system. MIBOR Experience team members manage first touch information gathering , monitoring handoff to the appropriate staff for escalated membership support, help desk support and billing inquiries. Specific Responsibilities: Sets the culture and tone for the organizations as relates to customer service and response quality and timeliness. Adheres to measurable performance standards. Primary on phone and electronic support coverage including member/subscriber contact lookup, gathering initial information about the reason for the call or support request, routing to the appropriate staff for best resolution, and various related administrative tasks. Promptly answers queue calls and responds to membership inquiries as requested . Ensures adequate support coverage either independently or in coordination with supervisor. Performs general administrative functions for special projects and events as needed . Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Competencies: Strong commitment to member service Exhibits a professional countenance and demeanor. Ability to effectively serve all members - adjusting for various personality types. Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening. Diplomacy and confidentiality; proper phone etiquette. Organized, adaptable, and detail oriented. Stress management/composure Technical capacity/MS Office applications, membership management software, and all in-house communications tools Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to sustain upbeat attitude toward members. Experienced in customer service.
