Mgr., Information Technology Service Delivery - Finance
Mission: Own and administer the Company’s consolidation, reporting and control systems. This includes responsibility for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including FDM, and the move to Group Reporting within the SAP S/4 Hana Central Finance environment. Assist with system and other process improvements for the company wide monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes. Integrate acquisitions into the consolidation system. This role will continue to evolve and develop as the Company moves to S/4 Hana Central Finance environment. Critical Outcomes: Own and administer the global financial consolidation system which supports the Company’s internal and external reporting requirements and the Company’s close process. Maintain and update company policies and procedures supporting the financial systems. Participate in the design, development and implementation of Group Reporting consolidation module as the Company moves to the SAP S4 Hana environment. Lead the integration for newly acquired acquisitions into the consolidation system. Train the locations on how to effectively use the system. Manage the intercompany reconciliation process. Design and ensure appropriate security for the consolidation system. Collaborate closely with the external independent auditors. Identify specific projects and system enhancements designed to improve processing efficiency of accounting tasks. Drive implementation through IT assistance. Ensure the continuous review and implementation of effective internal controls, accounting systems and processes. Provide support to other functions as needed. Experience/Experience/Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Info Systems Min of ten years of work history in the application of accounting and systems, including Hyperion Financial Management or other consolidation systems. System design and implementation experience. Manufacturing industry experience International experience Extensive SAP, accounting and consolidation experience Necessary skills: Strong analytical and management skills, detail orientation, and people skills. Expertise to drive process improvements and challenge the way things are done. Strong technical skills, including ms word processing, spreadsheets, and database software. Expertise to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management. High-level of integrity and values to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
