We have an unrivaled knowledge based in these specialist areas from initial concept design through to commissioning and qualification of your facility. We’re actively building out our US presence and looking for talented team members to work with us in delivering critical project management consultancy expertise. We’re hiring a MES Engineer with extensive Syncade Recipe Authoring and eBR experience to work on a greenfield project in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. This role will lead the design, development, documentation, implementation, and validation of the MES. What we’re looking for: Minimum 5+ years’ Emerson Syncade experience within a pharmaceutical environment is essential Design, author, and maintain electronic recipes using Syncade Recipe Authoring tools Lead eBR updates through ServiceNow App Provide troubleshooting and on call support as needed Optimize existing recipes for performance, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Conduct thorough testing and validation of recipes to ensure accuracy and functionality Experience working with other digital systems - SAP, LIMS, SQL, and DeltaV A strong understanding of Manufacturing processes and practices within a GMP environment. Experience integrating MES systems to other systems such as DCS, SCADA or ERP is highly beneficial Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Powered by JazzHR
