The ideal candidate is enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health. JOB - SUMMARYAs a non-licensed Therapist, candidates will have Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. Candidate will provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs. Unique benefits include, but are not limited to: Licensure -Supervision for those pursuing Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor -(LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and Licensed -Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Professional Liability Coverage Medical/Dental/Vision/Voluntary Life/Short Term Disability Continuing Education Units (CEU) BenefitQualifications: Education Requirements: Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family. - Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis - Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff. - Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule -and ability to appropriately manage referrals. - Ability to transport self between -client homes/clinic and/or community based locations - -Compensation range $55,000 - $70,000 annually.About LifeStance Health -LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.
