This position offers the flexibility of being full-time on a W2 with comprehensive benefits or as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities: -Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on client needs.-Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of psychological disorders.-Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans.-Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions.-Stay updated with best practices, research, and techniques in the mental health -field.-Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines of the profession. Position Requirements: -Must possess a valid Maryland state license (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, LGMFT)-Proven experience in therapy or counseling settings.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
