A company is looking for a Mentor-In-Residence to support ventures in the Mental & Behavioral Health Impact Accelerator program. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2-3 hours of weekly individualized mentorship to startup founders Join virtual sessions to offer industry expertise and connect startups with relevant experts Attend pitch showcases and help build a supportive community within the accelerator Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in mental and behavioral health, digital health, or health technology sectors Demonstrated experience mentoring or advising early-stage startups Strong connections in the mental health or digital health industry Experience in leading a team or advising in an accelerator or venture-building program Commitment to supporting mission-driven ventures and diverse founders
