Mental Health Clinician I/II Rapidly growing mental health organization is seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Mental Health Clinician I/II for our Jail Mental Health Program. This position involves providing direct clinical service to clients within the jail setting, focusing on intake, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and re-entry services. The successful candidate will coordinate case management, provide crisis intervention, and serve as a liaison with community resources. Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field Licensed Mental Health Professional, LCSW, LPC, LCP, LSATP, LMFT or license eligible required Considerable experience working with clients with behavioral health and/or developmental disabilities Benefits: Competitive salary range of $60,320 - $67,392 DOQ Sign-on bonus potential for qualifying licensed staff Monday to Friday schedule following the Richmond City Sheriffs Office holiday schedule Opportunities for professional development and growth
